under tools/programs email selection?


i have a scroll down for different programs. on the one for email it does not havea yahoo choice. how do i get that. programs are under internet opitions. thanks, paul

    Adding it to your Favorites is an option. With your Yahoo Mail page open, click the Gold Star in your toolbar. Click “Add To Favorites.” When you want to open Yahoo, click the gold star, find Yahoo in your list and click on it to open Yahoo.

    Or…Go to your Yahoo Mail Page and click on Make Yahoo My Home Page.

    You’re talking about making Yahoo the default mail client—–(under Tools>>Internet Options>>program tab)–aren’t you ?? IF so, try the following.

    IF—-You need to set Yahoo as your default mail client.

    Yahoo doesn’t normally appear as an option, cause it’s web based mail and not actually installed on your computer—–BUT—-it can be done.
    You will have to download the newest Yahoo toolbar.

    This link, from Yahoo. gives the specific details and the steps you need to take, (including link to the toolbar) to make Yahoo the default.
