You can use the Google Language Tools “English to Arabic” selection. This isn’t always perfectly accurate, but it will give you a good idea of what the emails say. Good luck! =)
Google’s language tool has a beta-version English-to-Arabic translator; you can paste the message into that and it will provide a rough translation.
The translations usually are not very good, however, at least not for the languages that I can speak - I don’t know Arabic so I don’t know how well this one works.

You can just use an online translater. I have listed on below! It helped me pass spanish! Good luck!

there is no perfect translation machine, it’s better to ask a human. send ur e-mail to me, i can translate it.
