How do I make I.Explorer open Yahoo email instead of Hotmail?

Each time I click to answer an email from a webpage my Internet Explorer wants to open a Hotmail email. Tools-Options-Programs does not give me an option for Yahoo (only hotmail, msn explorer, etc). I used to do this in the past but I cannot remember what to do so that when I click on a link to send an email it opens the yahoo email. Please help.

open a browser - go to yahoo.com - click on the email button - once you get there - click on Tools (at the top of the page) then scroll down and click on Internet Options - a small window will pop up - click on General tab - and just under Home page click on Use Current button that will insert the web address that you’re on (which should be yahoo mail page) - then click the Apply button at the bottom of that small window - then click the OK button
next try to do the answer mail thing to see if it works
(also wanted to ask you - is there an option in your website to set which email client program to respond to your emails with?)
    good luck :D
