How can I change email adresses in Outlook 2003?


We have 3 addresses that need to be changed but still need the old emails to come to the new address. I’ve tried tools>email acts>view/change acct>change>(put in all correct info in feilds)>test acct sttngs(passed)>next>finish. The problem is that when someone replies to my new address, I never get it and then they get an error messg… please help!

    Calling your service provider would be the best way. They can walk you through it.
