Another PayPal scam website, BEWARE?

Hello,
I just received some fake message pretending to be from paypal, leading to a fake Paypal website.
However, unlike most similar scams this one was pretty smart!
I almost fall for it, allthough I am a software engineer myself…
Here is the deal:

Is it possible to have email accounts connected without it showing under “tools” in the “add accounts section”?

For example, with incredimail there is a popup that shows it’s connecting to a “pop” email address but when I look in the accounts under the tools, only the primary email account shows.

How can I make yahoo my default email client?

When i go to “tools - Internet options - programs - email”
its not giving me a option to choose yahoo
also by “set program access and default” i don’t see that option,
someone told me if i will download yahoo toolbar it will be added automatically i did so and nothing happened

How can I email formatted announcements so they appear exactly the same on all computers?

I’ve tried creating a one row, one column HTML table using very basic HTML tags, but it often appears (and prints) quite differently on the recipient’s computers. It seems to depend on how they have their email software setup for which I have no control.
