What online tool is the best to plot routes and transfer them to a Garmin Edge 705?

I’ve been using bicycling.com’s online tool to plot different routes in detail and I’m wondering
a) if they can be transferred to the Edge 705?
and
b) if the huge amount of points along the route will be an issue?
