Can’t boot into windows but need my Netscape email and contacts. What can I do?


I’ve tried everything I can to get it to boot. But I keep getting blue screens. I’m getting 0×000000a error. I’ve tested everything it’s not faulty hardware, could be a bad device driver but I don’t know what to do there. I really just want to save my netscape email and contacts and just reload but I think I had to have made a backup in netscape. Are there any workarounds?

    Have you tried booting into safe mode?

    Also, I would think Netscape automatically saves all of that online, then when you reinstall it and put in your account information it would make it available to you

    Have you tried a safe boot. (press f8) after restarting, and than follow instructions. Will be slow, but may get you onto PC so you can backup what you need to before a reload.
