any yahoo tool to export all the emails to another email account at one shot?


hi
I am tired of getting these tons of spams, so I have thought of closing this account and opening a new one. Is there any tool that I can use to export all my emails to this new one and notify the senders of the new email?
does yahoo has any such tool?
